In 2019 Sydne celebrated 25 years as the founder and CEO of Jacques & Associates, an award winning engineering firm with clients around the world.

She is a two time winner of the "Best of State" Award being recognized for her leadership in creating and operating GALAXY (Growing America's Leaders And eXcelerating Youth), a leadership program for 6th grade students.
- Sydne is a licensed, professional engineer.
- Sydne is a Certified Speaking Professional(CSP).
The CSP is a designation given to less than 6% of professional speakers worldwide. - Sydne has facilitated team building for over 350 different teams.
- She is also a certified facilitator with the International Partnering Institute and the "Trust Edge" training course.
- Sydne is the co-founder of Power Women Lead, an organization dedicated to Empowering Women and Strengthening Organizations.
- Sydne holds two Olympic medals! One gold and one silver; hard earned in the Women's Basketball Shooting Competition at the Senior Olympics. :-)
- Sydne has a patient husband, four amazing kids and is proud of the work ethic she obtained growing up on a farm in Montana.
